What is Brownies n Butterflies return policy? TOP
Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we’ll accept product returns on most non-personalized products in as-new condition within 30 days. Contact us by email in advance to discuss the circumstances of the return and receive instructions. We hope you’ll understand that all sales are final on personalized items.
There are no refunds on personalized items. It is very important to review your order before processing to make sure everything is correct and the way you want it.
Can I pick up my order? TOP
We are located in Fort Worth, Texas. You can pick up your order if that is what you prefer. You would need to specify pick up in the comment field when you place your order and I will contact you when your order is ready.

Can you rush an order for me? TOP
Orders will usually arrive within two weeks. If you need an order shipped ASAP, email or call us to see if we can accommodate your needs. If so, there will be a $5-10 surcharge for the expedited service (depending on the items ordered). What shipping options are available? All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 days.
